Rzadki przypadek podwójnej przegrody międzyprzedsionkowej u 4-letniego chłopca z dużym ubytkiem przegrody międzyprzedsionkowej typu ostium secundum

The work presents a case of 4-year-old boy diagnosed with large atrial septal defect type ostium secundum (ASD2) and additional abnormal structures in the direction left atrium echocardiogram. patient was qualified for interventional closure, however, transoesophageal echocardiography, addition to very ASD2 (approx. 2 cm), double interatrial septum diagnosed. extra wall layer parallel did not obstruct blood flow from pulmonary veins or through mitral valve. No signs clotting material were observed space between two layers. closure withdrawn during cardiac catheterization scheduled surgery. Currently, is asymptomatic leads normal lifestyle.
